Office Manager


Jeanne is one of the first voices you will hear when calling for an appointment in the Paramus or Mahwah offices. Jeanne joined the Audiology & Hearing Aid Solutions family in 2016. Jeanne has worked in a medical front office environment for over 25 years. Her bright smile and enthusiasm are contagious. Outside the office, Jeanne enjoys spending time with her family and friends.



Front Office Administrator

Eileen joined the Paramus team in May 2018. She is a customer care specialist with over thirty years experience in the medical field. Eileen prides herself on a compassionate, patient-first approach to hearing care. She saw first hand the dramatic effects hearing aids made in improving her mother in law‘s quality of life. Eileen loves spending time with family and friends.  She enjoys traveling, reading on the beach and hiking with her rescued lab, Hallie.


Office Manager
Pamela 2Pamela joined us in 2015. She travels across all of our office locations ensuring our staff has the support & resources they need in order to provide the best possible service to our patients. Pamela has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She worked in the financial services industry for many years before taking time off to raise her two daughters. She enjoys her new career that revolves around "improving the quality of people's lives". When Pamela is not working, you will find her on a spin bike, practicing Taekwon-Do, cooking and caring for her family, which also includes 3 dogs and a cat.

pic dawnOver the last 25 years, Dawn has met many very special people at Audiology & Hearing Aid Solutions. She understands the importance of helping you seek the very best in hearing health. Located in our Clifton office, Dawn is available and willing to go the extra mile to help you. Outside of the office, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family and black lab, Darcy.



Patient Care Coordinator

jeffereyBratcher3 smJeff has an extensive Customer Service background stretching back over a decade. Known for his warm personality, Jeff particularly enjoys interacting with our seniors. As appointment coordinator for our offices, he will be more than happy to help find a convenient date and time for your appointment.



Practice Development Representative 

Maryanne joined the staff in October 2018. She has worked in Business Development for various medical practices for over 15 years. Audiology is a new adventure for her, but she is very excited to join a team that involves helping people improve their quality of life. Her role consists of educating primary care physicians on the importance of hearing wellness and to guide their patients over 65 to be proactive regarding hearing loss. Maryanne has a degree in Marketing from William Paterson University, a Certificate in Religious Education, and Certified in Zumba Exercise and Dance. She is an advocate for Susan G Komen, as she is a 9-year breast cancer survivor. Maryanne has two children 24 and 18. When not working she spends her time cooking, shopping, exercising, seeing NYC shows, visiting the Jersey shore, attending Networking Events, and is a huge advocate for animal rescue organizations. She just adopted her most recent addition to the family, a pit bull/Lab named “Gypsy” who is a joy for the entire family.


Managing Director

Penny AHASPenny joined us in 2010 and handles many of the behind-the-scenes office responsibilities. She earned her Masters of Business Administration degree at Hofstra University and obtained her CPA license shortly thereafter. Penny has over 15 years of professional experience in financial reporting and management and is excited to now apply her knowledge in an industry that directly helps improve others’ lives. When away from work, she spends time with her husband and daughter,  enjoys reading, gardening, and do-it-yourself home remodeling.
